5 stars for Vander Rode (sales engineer) and his great team. My project was done in a timely manner and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. everyone was very professional... from installers to the electrician. Kudos!!

We had a great experience with Power NW from start to finish.  The design they created was sized to produce double the power that the other company we tried came up with, so we went with Power NW. Permitting went much faster than we expected and faster than our neighbors experienced with their systems. Installation could not have gone better, especially thanks to Darren who had experience with our neighbors (who also had a good experience), and Israel our electrician who was extremely careful and neat. Getting final approval from the City of Portland and making the switch with Pacific Power was smooth.  Overall, we have been very happy and would choose them for future projects.

Power Northwest has done a fantastic job! Working through City of Portland Bureaucracy for permitting and then the installation process they have exceeded expectations! Very well organized and professional organization. This is my 2nd installation & I would definitly hire PW again.. These folks were great all around.  The planned out a system and were willing to make changes, even during the installation, to help figure out maximizing the capture of sunlight.  They took care of all the contact with Portland General Electric, the county, and Energy Trust of Oregon to get the permits, net metering, and rebate paperwork done. Power Northwest was great to work with. From the beginning with the online initial meeting, they answered my million questions without missing a beat and were very knowledgeable to help me make a decision between several other offers. I like that they are a local company based here in Portland. PowerNW has a great team that can figure out everything needed to get solar on your house. Our roof presented several challenges and Garrett, Brian, Andrew, et al found a way to meet City of Portland requirements (a major accomplishment on its own!) while getting us to our annual generation target. Communication was exceptional, the installation crew was super friendly and worked through even more peculiar things on our job, and for two months we've been watching our numbers in the Enphase app -- which is addictive, it shows generation for the individual panels! -- and hoping for sun. I received 3 bids for my solar project and I picked Power NW because they guaranteed their solar power calculations, they provide remote monitoring at no additional cost, and they are local to the Portland area. They also work with a local roofing company and guarantee the roof workmanship for longer than most roofing companies do. Both the roofers and the solar installers got out there in the rain and shine of the Oregon spring and got the job done quickly and professionally.
