Amicus means friend in Latin and it's our goal to be your friend in solar. Power Northwest was voted in as an Amicus member-owner in 2024, allowing us to collaborate with the 50+ best local solar companies in the nation. Amicus is a 100% member-owned cooperative, made up of diverse solar companies across the United States that hold very similar core values, including respect, transparency, and inclusion. As a result, a majority of the Amicus member-owners are Certified B Corps or Benefit Corporations, like us.

Power Northwest is also a member of Amicus O&M Cooperative, a community of solar operations and maintenance (O&M) providers across North America. Through extensive knowledge sharing and a training program for O&M professionals, the cooperative supports its member companies in offering safe, efficient, standardized solar and battery energy storage O&M services.
