10 Years of Quality
We provide a 10-year Workmanship Warranty for anything that we touch. That includes everything from waterproof connections to electrical terminations.
Additionally, we provide a Production Guarantee so that you don’t need to worry about how much power your system will produce. If your system falls short in the first year, we’ll pay you back for the under produced amount at the standard utility rate.
Manufacturer Warranty
We provide Tier 1 solar panels paired with top-of-the-line inverters and best-in-class racking systems, all from manufacturers that stand behind their products with a 25 Year Warranty.
Workmanship Warranty
We deliver peace of mind with our industry-leading 10 Year Workmanship Warranty. That's a no-questions-asked warranty that covers anything that we touch. If there's ever an issue, call us and we'll take care of it for free.
Production Gaurantee
We guarantee the estimated production of your new solar system for the first year. If we say that your system will produce 10,000 kWh per year, we'll guarantee it and pay you out of pocket for any shortages.
The Fine Print
So you aren't left in the dark:
25-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Third party warranties, such as those for System Components provided by Manufacturers, are the Client’s responsibility for knowing the terms and conditions. The Company will use reasonable efforts to assist the Client with enforcing Third Party Warranties, including panel, inverter, racking, and similar manufacturers. Third Party Warranty information will be provided by the Company upon request.
10-Year Workmanship Warranty
Power Northwest provides a ten-year workmanship warranty from the date of Substantial Completion. It covers the cost to fix any workmanship defects with the installation of the System, but does not include personal property. If the project is installed on a roof, the warranty covers leaks caused by the System. The warranty and below production guarantee are not transferable to the lender of record.
Energy Production Guarantee
We provide an Energy Production Guarantee for the first year of the System operation, providing reimbursement to the Client in the amount of $0.14 per kWh for any power not produced by the System below 95% of the estimated annual production. Reimbursement will be paid by the Company 30 days after notification from the Client. Any period for which proof of operation is not obtainable or the system is inoperable is not covered by this Guarantee.
