Mahri MorrowThis was the 4th or 5th Solar Company I met with when embarking on getting Solar panels for our home in Milwaukie. We're not novices with solar, we bought one for our home in New Mexico as well. This was the only company that told us about an amazing program called Solar Within Reach that helped us save thousands of dollars on the total cost of our solar system. We were assigned to a project manager, Erik, who I have an over 60 conversation email thread with where I ask questions and he promptly responds and gets to the bottom of every question/concern/request immediately. I plan to live in our home for the rest of our lives but if I ever moved to a home and wanted Solar or any of my friends or family or neighbors asked for a recommendation for Solar I would absolutely say Power Northwest is who to go with! Brian and Marie, my project managers, were helpful and responsive, always returning my calls, answering my questions and keeping me in the loop throughout the process. They handled the necessary inspections and paperwork and made sure I got every incentive and savings available to me. When the day finally came to install the system, the team (Brandon, Cedric, Chris F and Chris M) showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were respectful of my home and neighbors, and had my array in place in half a day! Their friendly and positive attitude made it fun. Now that the system is up and running I am seeing real savings on my electric bill. Rainier Beach CoachI had an absolutely great experience with Power Northwest in installing a new roof and solar panels. The process for getting an energy assessment, filling out the paper work and obtaining funding went quite smooth. The project got hung up for months due to issues with the power company review of its grid. Power Northwest joined me in contacting the power company to get their system reviewed so we could began our project. Thanks to consistent Erik's follow up, we got the approval and from there got the roof redone and panels installed in short order. Power Northwest staff we in constant contact and answered all my questions. Even after the system got the go ahead, they contacted me to see if I had questions and said I could call anytime if i had questions. The entire team has been exceptional and they've addressed everything I was concerned about. I got a new roof with my solar and their roofing team, lead by Nate, was able to handle every tough thing about my job that was thrown at him with ease.
